Thanks to grant funding and the generous support of our strategic partner, the International Rhino Foundation, all RhinoConverge delegate fees are fully covered — including full conference access and all meals throughout the event.

Please note that space is limited. Early registration is strongly encouraged to secure your participation.

What’s not covered:

Travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of delegates and must be arranged independently.

Attendance is limited to actively engaged and respected members of the rhino community. To ensure broad representation, we anticipate approving no more than one or two delegates per reserve or organisation. This may vary depending on circumstances and balanced participation across the key focus areas — protection, biological management, and community partnerships.

RhinoConverge is not open to observers or opportunists.

StopRhinoPoaching.com reserves the right to review and decline any registration at its sole discretion and is not obligated to provide reasons for declining.

A draft programme will be circulated to approved delegates in due course once it becomes available.

The programme structure is as follows:

Days 1–2: Security Aspects
Days 3–5: Biological Management, followed by Community Partnerships

StopRhinoPoaching.com reserves the right to review and decline registration applications at its discretion.

RhinoConverge is a StopRhinoPoaching.com initiative, supported through grant funding from the International Rhino Foundation, and delivered in partnership with PARC Reserves, GKEPF and Kwandwe Private Game Reserve.
